I joined Encore in September 2020. I have since obtained my license for North Carolina Property and Casualty. Encore has been a great place to work! My coworkers and our customers have been very supportive and patient with me as I learn on a daily basis about insurance.  Customer service is a top priority at Encore and I enjoy talking with and being able to assist our clients with their insurance needs. 

I was a teacher assistant for Kindergarten – Third grades before joining Encore. Prior to my job in education, I worked in home healthcare as a billing specialist for several Medicaid and insurance programs. I’ve been married to my hubby for 30+ years and we have 1 adult daughter, 1 adult son, and 1 granddaughter. I enjoy spending time with my family and church family. My hobbies include growing flowers, reading, sewing/quilting, and crafting.
